Helping Millennial and Gen Z women achieve optimal mental and physical health and wellness

Does any of this resonate?

  • You’ve been let down in some way by conventional medicine. You believe in science and understand that modern medicine has saved countless lives, but you’re sick of 15-minute appointments, doctors who don’t seem to care, or are looking for alternatives to pharmaceutical medications.

  • You feel out of control of your emotions. It feels like your emotions run you rather than the other way around. Anxiety, ADHD, and/or depression symptoms have somehow snuck up on you and now you are completely overwhelmed.

  • You can’t remember the last time you had an “okay” menstrual cycle. Your periods are all. over. the. place. Sometimes they’re painful, sometimes they’re late, and sometimes they don’t stop, but the word “regular” does not seem to be in your “Aunt Flow’s” vocabulary.

  • You feel like you’re not living up to your potential. Social media has told you that it’s “easy” to work 40+ hours a week, maintain loving relationships, exercise an hour a day, take care of children/pets/plants/a house, eat a perfect diet, and get 8 hours of sleep per night! (Social media lied).

  • You’ve been curious about naturopathic medicine and/or therapy for a while but have never taken the next step. You’ve known for some time that something needs to change, and you feel guilty that you haven’t been able to solve your issues on your own. You’re overwhelmed by the constant stream of advice you’ve received and research that you’ve been doing to better your mental or physical health, but nothing seems to stick.

IT’S TIME TO START THE JOURNEY TOWARDS A HEALTHIER, HAPPIER, & MORE fulfilled YOU.

Hi, I’m Dr. Katherine Jones, a Minnesota-based Naturopathic Doctor and Licensed Professional Counselor who focuses on holistic medicine and individual counseling.

I believe that you have the power to achieve wellness.

Even if you face challenges like chronic disease, deep-rooted mental health struggles, or a traumatic past, you can heal with the right guidance and interventions.

In naturopathic visits, I love taking the time to listen to patients, understand their health history, and offer comprehensive and compassionate care so that patients feel empowered to take control of their own health. I practice root cause medicine, meaning that rather than eliminating or merely suppressing someone’s symptoms, I work to remove the underlying cause of illness.

As a counselor, I work with motivated, insightful, Millennial and Gen Z women who want to understand themselves and their pasts. I provide a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings so that they can become more self-aware and cope with mental illness, instability, upheaval, or change.

I offer naturopathic medicine appointments and therapy sessions with treatment plans that are tailored to you.

HOW I CAN HELP:

Naturopathic Mental Health

I offer natural adjunctive or alternative treatments to mental health medications. No matter what the intervention, my personal goal for working with people with mental health concerns is to get them into remission.
